The boys and I got up early on turkey day and got some cleaning done around the house and watched "Fred Clause" which is very funny (maybe i'm biased, I love Vince Vaughn!). We got dressed and ready to go to H's for dinner. We went over to his house about 11 am as we were eating at 12 - because my mom had to work at 2. We ordered food from www.homebistro.com (where I work) and it was very easy and very good. H also made some homemade stuff which was yummy. We ate quick, and then went to the movies to see Madagascar 2, which IMO was better than the 1st one. Trent has a hard time sitting still for that long of a time - and when he did, he fell asleep. :P Was a quiet day - we ate too much - and everyone got along. :)
Friday - I ventured out w/ the boys around 3 pm and we did some Christmas shopping until the boys could hardly stand being good and had to start driving me crazy.
H took them around noon on Saturday and I did some shopping, lots of cleaning (in preparation for christmas stuff coming out) and M came up late afternoon for dinner and a movie.
It is now Sunday and I've gotten the Christmas tree put up and its ready for lights and ornaments. I have to say that next year i'm getting a live one - this pulling out the pieces and dealing with each one is for the birds! My arms are all scratched up and i'm sneezing from the dust - blech. No thank you.
And I'm ready to go back to work - not sure if that makes me crazy or not ... but all this time in this house either cleaning or refereeing the boys ... IS making me crazy!
